Editorial Programmer II

In this role, you will be helping our customers stay active, improve wellness, and live a better day with Apple Fitness+. We are seeking an editorial programmer to join the Fitness+ team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fitness+ content in Fitness app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
• Ensure that all assets, metadata and other deliverables are presented at the right time to our customers, every time.
• Partner with engineering to further develop the internal content management system and other tools, as well as make ongoing recommendations to improve the customer experience.
• Assist in the development of unreleased features by programming content and editorial in testing environments.
• Close collaboration with fitness, content, business, marketing, engineering, and design teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in online media, e-commerce, and/or content programming.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
• Enjoys working with digital technology and tools for web-based production.
• Excitement for fitness and meditation apps and content.

Qualifications

• BA or above; 3+ years work experience desired.

Skills

• Experience with content management systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of fitness and meditation apps and content.
