For our client, we are seeking a Editorial Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape the enterprise narrative and guide the annual editorial agenda across owned channels and key communications. The Editorial Director will connect product strategy to market storytelling, building a coherent voice that supports high-impact events, thought leadership, and audience engagement. In close partnership with cross-functional teams, this leader will ensure editorial governance, strategic messaging, and content priorities are aligned to business goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $144,000 – $246,000 annually Responsibilities Own the enterprise narrative and annual editorial agenda. Connect product strategy with the enterprise narrative and annual arc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence in storytelling across channels. Develop strategic messaging frameworks for high-impact events and communications. Lead corporate thought leadership positioning and editorial content prioritization. Direct owned publishing channels, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the enterprise narrative. Establish editorial governance and lead the enterprise editorial team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years in corporate communications, journalism, brand strategy, or product marketing, particularly in health tech or healthcare. Proven track record of creating enterprise narratives and annual editorial agendas. Ability to simplify complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for various audiences. Exceptional editorial judgment with strong writing skills. Experience leveraging audience research and market data to inform narrative strategies. Familiarity with AI-enabled editorial tools and answer-engine optimization techniques. Experience leading organic social editorial strategies.
