Our client, a leading legal technology and services provider, is seeking an experienced ESI Project Manager to support a high-profile law firm in a dedicated capacity. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.

About the role

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing end-to-end ESI project execution and driving successful delivery across workflows in Relativity/RelOne. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a secondment-style or dedicated-client environment rather than transactional project work, along with the confidence to professionally push back and navigate demanding stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
• Manage end-to-end ESI project execution
• Drive successful delivery across workflows in Relativity/RelOne
• Navigate demanding stakeholders and professionally push back when necessary

Requirements

• Prior experience in a secondment-style or dedicated-client environment
• Relativity experience
• Active Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
• Comfortable traveling onsite approximately once per month depending on workload
• Reside in the Eastern or Central time zones

Pay

Expected salary for this role is $130,000 - $145,000.
