About the role

Responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions to support litigation efforts. Key tasks include overseeing the processing, review, production, and presentation of electronically stored information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize eDiscovery workflows using specialized software tools.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with discovery requests and court orders.
• Oversee the training and supervision of junior staff members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection standards.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with eligibility for a Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
• Strong understanding of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and case law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Understanding of electronic data collection, preservation, and chain of custody procedures.

• $215,578 per year for Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist.
• $179,275 per year for eDiscovery Technical Advisor.
• $194,230 per year for Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor.
• $192,844 per year for eDiscovery Program Manager.
• $130,382 per year for Legal Clerical.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
