About the role
Responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions to support litigation efforts. Key tasks include overseeing the processing, review, production, and presentation of electronically stored information.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize eDiscovery workflows using specialized software tools.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with discovery requests and court orders.
- Oversee the training and supervision of junior staff members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance with eligibility for a Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw Next.
- Strong understanding of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and case law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Understanding of electronic data collection, preservation, and chain of custody procedures.

- $215,578 per year for Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist.
- $179,275 per year for eDiscovery Technical Advisor.
- $194,230 per year for Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor.
- $192,844 per year for eDiscovery Program Manager.
- $130,382 per year for Legal Clerical.
