eDiscovery Brand Ambassador for Fractional GC
We’re seeking a dynamic Fractional GC/GC for a unique role that will function as a commissioned Brand Ambassador at IST Management, a privately-owned end-to-end litigation support services provider. This is a remote, 1099 position with a time commitment based on your availability. Must have a JD and active bar certification.

Responsibilities
- Advocate for IST Management, working alongside the C suite and executive sales team to network with your contacts, organize events, and help bring in new revenue partnerships
- Coordinate with the team to plan and execute outings, dinners, entertainment functions, and other events
- Support growth initiatives such as acquisitions, financing, and partnerships
Requirements
- Strong network of legal professionals, including other corporate GCs and mid/large-size firm partners
- JD and active bar certification
- Must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States
Pay
- 2.5% commission on all data hosted in Relativity
- 1% commission on all data hosted in RelativityOne
