About the role

The Edibles Production Technician supports the manufacturing of gummies and edible products in a regulated production environment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and clean food-grade production and packaging equipment
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Complete production orders accurately and on time
• Maintain batch and production records
• Follow PPE, sanitation, and safety requirements
• Assist with general production support and improvements
• Perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., repetitive motion)

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year in food, beverage, or manufacturing preferred
• Understanding of cGMP, HACCP, or OSHA standards preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic computer/data entry skills
