About the role
This is a project coordinator role responsible for testing and setting up new EDI business-to-business relationships in our system.
Responsibilities
- Setup vendor and trading partner relationships
- Test and maintain electronic transaction interfaces with trading partners and 3rd party business partners
- Work with trading partners to coordinate submission of test files
- Track and record test results
- Diagnose problems with test files that fail compliance or do not process correctly
- Monitor and respond to email or phone requests
- Author and edit documents, notes and manuals for both internal and external usage
- Keeping track of test projects
- Following up with clients and 3rd party business partners (email & phone)
- Preparing and running reports
- Working with other departments (sales & customer support)
- Troubleshooting errors during EDI testing
Qualifications
Candidates must be detail oriented and should have good communication skills. You should have the ability to manage multiple test projects and be able to prioritize as needed. Training will be available.

- Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical audience effectively
- Have a passion for solving tough problems
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with limited supervision
Helpful skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skill
- Previous EDI or shipping experience is a plus
- Excel, Programming, Or Other Analytical Experience
