What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, configure, and maintain EDI maps using Application Integrator Workbench
• Configure trading partner connectivity and communications using Application Integrator Trade Guide
• Support and troubleshoot production EDI transactions, providing Tier 2 support for complex issues
• Analyze and resolve EDI mapping, connectivity, and transaction failures
• Affiliate with onboarding new customers and suppliers to the EDI platform, while collaborating with business and technical teams on requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing and supporting EDI solutions using the Application Integrator EDI Server
• Hands-on expertise with Workbench and Trade Guide
• Strong understanding of EDI mapping, trading partner setup, and production support
• Experience troubleshooting complex EDI issues in a production environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
