About the Role

As an Edge Kid's Supervisor, you will lead and supervise the implementation of our engaging and energetic Edge Kids Programming. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the program to ensure adherence to the high standards set by The Edge Fitness Clubs. You will also manage administrative tasks while spending approximately 70% of your time teaching classes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full breadth of offered programs, ensuring adherence to high standards.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
• Teach classes to maintain high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Experience working with children and a passion for fitness and education.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create a fun and motivating environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle stress effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of child development and safety guidelines.
