About the Role

As an Edge Kid's Supervisor, you will lead our Edge Kids Programming, creating an active, upbeat, and motivating atmosphere where fitness meets fun. Your attention, enthusiasm, and creativity will set the Edge apart and make a difference in kids' lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in delivering high-energy games and activities for kids.
• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service.
• Create a fun, motivating environment while maintaining a balance between work and play.
• Use strong leadership skills and attention to detail to ensure program success.
