Edge Kids Coach (SP)

About the role

Edge Kids provides an active, upbeat, and motivating atmosphere where fitness meets fun! As an Edge Kids Coach, you’ll move, groove, and play with children aged 12 weeks to 12 years using our exciting Edge Kids program of activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service
• Engage and instruct children in age-appropriate games and activities according to the provided program
• Greet parents and check in children to Edge Kids in a professional and friendly manner
• Keep the Edge Kids room neat, clean, and sanitary
• Support and articulate the Edge Kids mission
• Adhere to Edge Kids Policies and Procedures
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and high energy
• Support fellow staff in all areas of the Edge Fitness Clubs

Qualifications

• You enjoy being energetic and love giving high-fives
• Kids and their parents genuinely like you
• You exhibit high energy and a great attitude
• You love to have fun but know when there’s work to do
• You are passionate about making a difference in kids' lives

Skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends
• Demonstrates a "roll up the sleeves" mentality
• Positive, enthusiastic, and committed to personal development
• Excellent class management skills
• Strong work ethic; reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable working with children ages 12 weeks through 12 years
