Key Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
- Demonstrates a "roll up the sleeves" mentality.
- Must have a passion for working with kids.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Committed to training and ongoing personal development.
- Can demonstrate excellent class management skills.
- Must have a good work ethic; be reliable, on time and dependable.
Education & Experience
- Experience in youth programming/activities desired.
- Experience in exercise science and/or fitness desired.
- Experience in working with children required.
Certifications
- CRP certified a plus.
- First Aid certified a plus.
- Epi Pen certified a plus.

Physical Demands
- Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing.
- Aerobic activity.
- Able to stand and freely move for 4+ hours.

Work Environment
This job operates in a child care environment in a health club and occasion office work is necessary. The position will interact with children, Edge coaches and supervisors and members on a daily.
Travel
The employee may be asked to travel local infrequently to other clubs or to corporate for meetings.
Position Type & Expected Hours Of Work
This is a part time nonexempt position with varied hours based on the needs of the business. Occasional evening, weekend and split shift work will be required as job duties demand.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Supervisor of the room.
