Edge Kids Coach (CN)

About the role

Edge Kids provides an active, upbeat, and motivating atmosphere where Fitness Meets Fun! As an Edge Kid's Coach, you'll move, groove, and play with children aged 12 weeks to 12 years using our exciting Edge Kids program of activities while delivering outstanding member experience and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage and instruct children in age-appropriate games and activities according to the provided program.
• Greet parents and check in children to Edge Kids in a professional and friendly manner.
• Adhere to Edge Kids Policies and Procedures and support the Edge Kids mission.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Support fellow staff in all areas of the Edge Fitness Clubs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and sanitary room.
• Be comfortable working with children ages 12 weeks through 12 years.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids and ability to connect with both children and parents.
• High energy, great attitude, and enthusiasm for being a "goofball" while knowing when to focus on work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Demonstrates a "roll up the sleeves" mentality and strong work ethic—reliable, on time, and dependable.
• Excellent class management skills and commitment to training and ongoing personal development.
