About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practice. Working under general supervision, the role involves coordinating patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Review patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care in the assigned unit.
  • Analyze patient information including medical history and diagnostics to develop individualized care plans.
  • Prepare nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments for comprehensive patient care.
  • Reconcile medical records to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards and policies.
  • Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions to meet care goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
  • At least 1 year of RN experience (clinical specialty preferred).
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state.
  • Certifications: BLS (CPR) from the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
