ED RN FT 7P WEEKEND PROGRAM

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) performs the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care for the assigned patients on a specific unit during a shift. The RN is responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice which includes managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment on the unit and for promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care
• Manages assigned personnel, supplies and equipment
• Promotes collaboration with the health care team
• Works additional hours on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays OR Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays at an additional rate of $8/hour

Requirements

• Unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS, TNCC, ENPC preferred
• ED RN experience required for Weekend Program

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience

$20-$40 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Shifts are typically 8 hours long and may vary depending on the needs of the hospital.
