Key Responsibilities
- Industry Event & Conference Execution
- Coordinate planning and execution of strategic industry events including OCP Global Summit, SC Conference, Computex, AMD AI Day, partner workshops, customer roadshows, webinars, and executive events.
- Manage event logistics including booth planning, timelines, vendors, agencies, registrations, travel coordination, promotional materials, shipping, and onsite support.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and post-event follow-up activities to ensure successful execution and measurable business impact.
- Partner Field Marketing Support
- Support joint field marketing activities with ecosystem partners including OEMs, technology partners, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Cook up webinars, workshops, customer meetings, ecosystem campaigns, and partner GTM activities supporting AI infrastructure and networking solutions.
- Lead Capture & Campaign Coordination
- Support lead generation and campaign tracking activities associated with partner events and ecosystem marketing initiatives.
- Cook up with Salesforce and GTM operations teams to ensure proper lead capture, campaign attribution, follow-up workflows, and pipeline visibility.
- Help track event ROI, customer engagement metrics, and ecosystem marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and executive leadership teams to support strategic ecosystem initiatives and event execution.
- Cook up with vendors, agencies, partners, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of event materials, promotional assets, and campaign activities.
- Aid in executive presentations, customer engagements, and strategic partner meetings supporting Micas' ecosystem growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 3–7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, or ecosystem marketing within the technology industry.
- Experience coordinating industry conferences, partner events, webinars, and field marketing initiatives is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, networking, cloud, semiconductor, or data center ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience working with external agencies, vendors, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Successfully execute 6–10 strategic ecosystem events annually.
- Deliver events on schedule and within budget while maintaining a high-quality customer and partner experience.
- Ensure 100% of event-generated leads are properly captured and routed for follow-up.
- Improve Micas brand visibility and ecosystem engagement through professional event execution.
- Support measurable pipeline generation from field marketing and ecosystem activities.
