Ecosystem Development Associate

Atom.com is looking for an Ecosystem Development Associate to help build and grow our partner network from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their partnerships career who is energized by outreach, relationship-building, and making things happen. You’re plugged into the AI startup world — you follow what’s being built, who’s building it, and where those conversations are happening. You’re ready to turn that awareness into real partnerships. What You’ll Do Support outreach and relationship development with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, and founder communitiesHelp build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities from first contact through activationCoordinate co-marketing, referral, and integration opportunities with partner teamsAssist in developing partner-facing materials, onboarding flows, and program documentationTrack partnership activity and outcomes in CRM and report on progressParticipate in founder communities and ecosystem spaces where Atom’s partners live What We’re Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related roleGenuine familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem — you know the players and follow the spaceStrong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows through consistentlyOrganized and self-motivated; you manage your own pipeline without being nudgedExcited to be part of building something from an early stageStartup or marketplace experience is a plus About Atom Atom.com is an AI-first domain marketplace and ICANN-accredited registrar helping entrepreneurs discover, evaluate, and secure the right domain.
