Economic & Valuation Services Associate/Senior Associate

About the role

The position involves supporting valuation services within a dynamic team, conducting industry research, analyzing financial data, and preparing valuation models using methods like DCF and comparable transactions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence, evaluate business plans, analyze financial statements, review valuation models, and present findings to clients and internal teams.
• Senior Associates additionally mentor new team members and review reports and proposals.

Qualifications

• At least one year (Associate) or three years (Senior Associate) of experience in business and intangible asset valuations, purchase price allocations, and financial research.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.
• Certifications such as CFA or valuation designations are advantageous.
