About The Role
We're looking for experienced econometrics instructors and quantitative economists to help train the next generation of AI. Your academic and teaching expertise will directly shape how AI understands and explains statistical models, causal inference, and economic reasoning — making a measurable impact on one of the most rapidly advancing fields in technology.

What You'll Do
- Review and validate econometric questions, models, and explanations used in AI training datasets
- Audit statistical accuracy, model assumptions, and the quality of result interpretations
- Identify errors, misconceptions, and edge cases in AI-generated quantitative reasoning
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve model outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Apply your real-world teaching experience to evaluate how well explanations would land with students or practitioners
- Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that suits you
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching econometrics, quantitative economics, or a closely related field
- Strong command of regression analysis, causal inference, and core statistical methods
- Able to clearly articulate and critically evaluate quantitative reasoning
- Comfortable reviewing structured technical content with precision and consistency
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Master's or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Hands-on experience with R, Stata, Python, or similar statistical tools
- Prior exposure to AI evaluation, annotation, or model testing workflows
