- Campaign Execution & Launches: Own Slate.com and Amazon execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns; manage email/SMS agency to ensure cohesive campaigns across consumer touchpoints on a campaign and evergreen basis; monitor and optimize campaigns in real time.
- Contractor Management: Oversee lifecycle agency (email/SMS) and SEO contractor to ensure partnership delivers against clear KPIs while staying within budget.
- Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on core ecommerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, revenue, LTV signals, bounce rate) across ecommerce and Amazon shop daily; report weekly to CGO and monthly to executive team; report on performance of all marketing campaigns (brand, product, giveaways, promotions) executed across the site; build simple, clear dashboards to inform decision‑making; translate data into insights and collaborate with CGO to take strategic decisions regarding site optimization to support growth.
- Key Success Metrics: Drive improvements in conversion rate (CVR), ecommerce revenue growth, average order value (AOV), funnel conversion and drop‑off reduction, campaign performance (onsite conversion, revenue contribution), and speed/quality of execution.
