About the role

The position is full-time with an hourly rate of $16.00. Located at 2319 E War Memorial Dr, Peoria, IL 61614.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and fulfill customer orders and ensure accuracy by cross-referencing products with hand-held scanners.
  • Inspect each product's condition and confirm with the description provided.
  • Confirm appropriate packaging for customer orders.
  • Print address labels and ready packages for shipment.
  • Generate and answer all customer communications via Shopgoodwill.com tickets, emails, phone calls, or in-person.
  • Schedule pick-up appointments.
  • Pre-pick and organize customer orders.
  • Use a digital camera to take specific product photos to meet customer requests.
  • Works with each department within the facility to resolve issues as they arise.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, and internet navigation.
  • Communication Skills: Articulates thoughts and expresses ideas effectively using oral, written, visual and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to comprehend customers' needs. Delivers information in person, in writing, and in a digital world.

  • Visual Acuity: Has close, distance, peripheral, color vision abilities, depth perception, and is able to adjust focus.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
