About the role
The position is full-time with an hourly rate of $16.00. Located at 2319 E War Memorial Dr, Peoria, IL 61614.
Responsibilities
- Pick and fulfill customer orders and ensure accuracy by cross-referencing products with hand-held scanners.
- Inspect each product's condition and confirm with the description provided.
- Confirm appropriate packaging for customer orders.
- Print address labels and ready packages for shipment.
- Generate and answer all customer communications via Shopgoodwill.com tickets, emails, phone calls, or in-person.
- Schedule pick-up appointments.
- Pre-pick and organize customer orders.
- Use a digital camera to take specific product photos to meet customer requests.
- Works with each department within the facility to resolve issues as they arise.
