About the role
The eCommerce Associate assists the management team in achieving operational goals for ShopGoodwill.com, a platform operated by Goodwill. This position involves various roles such as Picker/Shelver, Packer and Shipping Clerk, eBook Scanner, eBook Picker/Shelver, eBook Shipper, or Customer Service Associate.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Meet and surpass hourly production quotas
- Cross-train in other areas to build skill base and value within the department
- Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately
- Inspect and confirm product conditions
- Confirm appropriate packaging for customer orders
- Print address labels and prepare packages for shipment
- Generate and answer customer communications
- Schedule pick-up appointments
- Pre-pick and organize customer orders
- Take specific product photos for customer requests
- Resolve issues as they arise with each department within the facility

Preferred Competencies

- Minimum of 18 years of age
