Responsibilities
- Manage daily lists and fulfillment processes to complete orders / basic computer operation
- Lead a team of associates and be able to perform regular daily tasks
- Understand and be able to shop, organize and collect products for orders as well as package, seal and operate small machines
- Effectively communicate with all associates
- Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
- Daily reconciliation and management of fulfillment reports, sales, etc.
- Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Show strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Able to focus and prioritize tasks with motivation and confidence
- Have basic computer skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office
- Follow written, oral and diagram instructions
- Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; and / or 3-5 years of leadership experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
