Profile

• Solid scientific operations experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities and develop team
• Extensive experience in leading the development and implementation of clinical systems
• Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects effectively
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day scientific operations activities
• Support sales efforts by participating in and providing expertise to Business Development
• Peer review of study team technical documentation and work output
• Contact point for internal and external customer teams on assigned studies
• Aid in leading project kick-off (internal and external) meetings

Required qualifications and experience

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Experience in leading the development and implementation of clinical systems
• Leadership skills, with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
• Programming language proficiency and experience in system integration and data management
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)
