About the role
The Cardiovascular Lab Specialist at Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley is responsible for performing high-quality cardiovascular imaging and exams on patients. The position requires maintaining sensitivity to patient needs while adhering to safe radiation practices. The specialist is expected to lead and support other technologists and uphold current standards of practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cardiovascular imaging and exams on patients
- Maintain sensitivity to patient needs while adhering to safe radiation practices
- Demonstrate leadership among fellow technologists
- Act as a clinical resource to unit personnel
- Affirm current standards of practice for the unit
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Currently registered as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or via CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
Physical Requirements
- Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly

Pay
The posted compensation range is $34.40 - $52.06 /hour, reflecting the lowest to highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
The schedule is PRN (Per Request Not Required), with variable hours.
