Daily Responsibilities For The Echo Sonographer Performs Transthoracic Echocardiogram 2-D and M-mode according to lab protocol.Measures and documents all M-Mode and Doppler studies.Performs routine Color, Pulse and Continuous Wave Doppler.Operates ultrasound machine & assists the physician during TEE procedure.
