ECE Family Service Coordinator

About the role

This position provides service coordination for children aged birth to 3-years old who qualify for Early Intervention Services following the State of Delaware's Early Intervention Guidelines. The role supports families in the home and community setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the coordination of high-quality services and supports for children and their parents/caregivers
• Serve as the single point of contact in supporting parents/caregivers to understand and obtain early intervention services for their child
• Work in the home and community setting of the family and primarily tele-work from a home office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Special Education
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience providing Early Childhood Services to infants, toddlers, and their families
• Minimum one (1) year experience with home visits or case management, preferred
