Duties

• Provide dynamic leadership to staff, ensuring high-quality classroom instruction and adherence to educational standards
• Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support early childhood learning and development goals
• Manage the center’s budget, oversee financial planning, and ensure responsible resource allocation
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program reach and improve service delivery within the community
• Cultivate relationships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders through effective public speaking and outreach efforts
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development activities
• Oversee fundraising efforts to secure grants and community support that enhance program sustainability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, Education or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience in managing multiple licensed schools, childcare center or preschool required.
• Experience opening new childcare locations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 per year
