eCademy Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities

• You’ll be working alongside our eCademy team to uphold the program’s vision and values.
• You’ll work closely with families enrolled in our program to provide the best possible childcare experience for children ages infant through pre-kindergarten.
• You’ll work with our eCademy Admin team to support Lead Teachers and daily classroom operations.

HOURS

• Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
• Standard operating hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM-5:30PM, though individual schedules may vary.
• The church office is open Monday-Thursday from 8:30AM-5:00PM and is closed on Fridays (Excluding holidays or special circumstances).

MUST-HAVES

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community).
• Passion for children and families.
• Able to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Awareness of child care rules and willingness to implement.
• Able to pass a national background check.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting.
• 2+ years of experience working with children in a school/daycare setting.
• Current connection to Elevation Church (volunteering/small group experience is a plus).
• Active at a local campus of Elevation Church.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
