EC Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities

The EC Teacher Assistant provides instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students with disabilities under the direction of the Exceptional Children's (EC) teacher. Assists with implementing individualized learning and behavior plans, reinforcing academic and social skills, supporting classroom routines, and promoting student independence. Collaborates with teachers and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students can succeed.
