About the role
The position involves working with students in grades K-5 in the areas of reading, writing, math and behavior/social skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a case load of student IEPs
- Work with students, families and teachers to manage plans to ensure that students with special needs receive the services that they need to be successful in their academic pursuits
Requirements
- Valid California teaching credential
- Experience working with students with special needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
