About the role
The EC Program Facilitator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation of early childhood programs in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of early childhood programs to ensure compliance with special education regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to support the social, emotional, and academic growth of children in the program.
- Collaborate with teachers and families to provide individualized support and accommodations for students with special needs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive records and documentation required by special education compliance.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Current North Carolina teaching license.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of special education compliance requirements.
- Dependable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
