Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to the manufacturing, assembly, or servicing of laboratory equipment, including shakers, mills, and blenders.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support custom build requests and process improvements.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and parts organization for production and spare parts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or laboratory equipment environment preferred.
- Familiarity with tools, machinery, and quality control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay
Pay is based on experience and qualifications, with a range typically between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour for similar roles.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with standard daytime business hours. Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
