EB - Client Service Executive

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Essential Job Tasks)

• Manage a book of business
• Develop strategic solutions for client benefit needs
• Participate or conduct on-site meetings, annual reviews, marketing/renewals, and open enrollments
• Educate clients on Compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
• Maintain carrier relationships
• Renewal & Marketing Lead marketing efforts and plan implementation for new business and renewals
• Prepare and present analysis for renewal and marketing results
• Prepare enrollment materials and presentations
• Prepare case for submission, master applications, and rates and benefit confirmation to carrier
• Provide post-enrollment analysis and support to client
• Oversee setup and maintenance of benefit administration systems
• Administer client communications
• Delegate tasks to support staff
• Inform and educate clients on SSP’s value-added services and programs
• Maintain client information in Agency Management System
