EB - Client Service Executive

The Client Service Executive (CSE) works alongside the Producer to serve as an advisor and consultant to our client. You will be the primary service contact for the client and the liaison between the client and insurance company(s), exemplifying the highest standard of our service model. WHAT YOU’LL DO (Essential Job Tasks) As a Client Service Executive, you will: Manage a book of businessDevelop strategic solutions for client benefit needsParticipate in or conduct on-site meetings, annual reviews, marketing/renewals, and open enrollmentsEducate clients on Compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)Maintain carrier relationships Renewal & Marketing Lead marketing efforts and plan implementation for new business and renewalsPrepare and present analysis for renewal and marketing resultsSupport the preparation of enrollment materials and presentationsPrepare case for submission, master applications, and rates and benefit confirmation to carrierProvide post enrollment analysis and support to clientOversee set up and maintenance of benefit administration systems Administrative Oversee client communicationsDelegate tasks to support staffInform and educate clients on SSP’s value-added services and programsSupport the maintenance of client information in Agency Management System WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) 4-6 years of experience; Active Life and Health licensing in resident state requiredComplete knowledge of current marketplace and underwriting methodologiesTime management and workflow prioritizationProactive problem solvingIndependent thinker and contributor WORKING AT SSP Learn more about what we do: https://sspins.com/ We are Selfless, Stewards of our Partnerships.
