Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with the EB-5 Program
- 2+ years of investor relations, corporate communication, or capital markets experience
- Professionalism, positive attitude, perseverance, mental toughness, and initiative in the face of challenges
- Preferred: Extensive knowledge of the EB-5 space, including regional center compliance, targeted economic areas (TEAs), and I-526E/I-829 filings
- Experience with Real Estate models, pro-formas, and private equity waterfalls
- Bi-lingual in either Hindi, Chinese, Portuguese, or Vietnamese
- Series 7/63/65 licensing
- Succeeded in a sales role working with people from various cultures
