Driftwood Capital has successfully structured the EB-5 program across six hotel development projects with more than 150 investors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with and assist the legal and development teams in preparing subscription documents, immigration petition templates, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials and facilitate review and approval by the Regional Center and legal team before distribution to authorized promoters and finders.
- Assist with tracking finder agreements and verifying that finders and promoters have completed the applicable USCIS registration requirements.
- Assist investors, the sales team, and finders with Subscription Agreement completion.
- Support investors and their immigration counsel throughout the petition preparation and filing process.
- Track investor immigration filings and upload the relevant documentation to the appropriate compliance folders.
- Maintain compliance folders by regularly uploading investor communications, marketing materials, immigration filings, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare monthly EB-5 cash flow reports.
- Track investor deadlines and milestones, including redeployment notices and elections.
- Work with the investor relations team to address investment and immigration-related questions from investors.
- Coordinate with the legal and accounting teams regarding immigration-related requests and documentation.
- Support the Regional Center’s annual compliance obligations, including regulatory reporting questionnaires and coordination with outside due diligence counsel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Two or more years of EB-5 program-related or comparable experience.
- Uncompromising integrity and confidentiality.
