Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work) from an accredited institution
- Clinical licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or related credential in New York State
- Specialized training and experience in the treatment of eating disorders, with a strong understanding of the medical, psychological, and behavioral components of these conditions
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches for eating disorders, such as CBT, DBT, and FBT
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals, dietitians, and other care providers as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Proficient in completing diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance a moderate caseload and meet the needs of clients and families
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office 365
