Vista Counseling is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate therapist to join our dynamic and growing practice. We provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families, with a focus on helping individuals overcome eating disorders. Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals and families, specializing in eating disorders and other mental health needs.
• Engage in a collaborative and professional environment with clinical support and group consultations.
• Participate in ongoing learning and cultural humility initiatives within the practice.

Requirements

• Must be a professionally licensed therapist in Oregon (or license eligible).
• Clinical practice experience is required.

Pay

• Pre-Licensed: $70,886.40 - $103,376.00
• Licensed Masters: $74,880.00 - $109,200.00
• Licensed Doctoral Level: $91,728.00 - $133,770.00

Pay range varies depending on sessions per week (18-30 sessions, based on therapist preference) and years of licensed experience.
