Eastmont - Housekeeper (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Affirm and ensure fantastic customer service and care for resident accommodations and shared spaces.
• Occasionally assist with laundry services.
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and stocked.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age at time of start.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is desired, but not required.
• An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for customer service and providing the best experience for residents.
• CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, and may be required to complete other pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines.
