About the role

ABI Resources is seeking individuals to become Home Care and Community Life Advocates. This role involves helping people with brain injuries and disabilities live safer, more independent lives in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily living activities
• Support personal care and household needs
• Attend medical appointments and encourage healthy habits
• Build professional friendships and provide a positive presence
• Support health and wellness

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and insurance
• A car
• A kind heart and strong sense of responsibility
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of disability experience is preferred but not required
• A background check and reference

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older
• Have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Pass a drug screening
• Be ready to make a real difference
