EASE and Infrastructure Internship - Year Round
CME Group is seeking an Enterprise Application & System Entitlements (EASE) Operations year-round intern to assist the EASE & Co-Location Operations team with day-to-day activities supporting CME Group’s Globex, Clearing, and Co-Location applications.
About the role
Support includes granting access and entitlements for internal and external users, providing customer education, and assisting with level one support for the applications. The analyst must ensure sensitive information is secured at all times and only appropriate parties are given access to CME systems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via multiple support channels (Email, Phone, Chat, and walk-up requests)
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for CME Group applications
- Assist analysts on day-to-day tasks as well as ad-hoc projects
- Protect customer security by ensuring sensitive information is captured appropriately and only distributed to authorized parties
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree
- Local to Chicago
- Ability to be in office 3 days a week
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (CPT, H1B, F1, L, etc.)
Pay
The pay range for this intern role is $21.68–$36.10 per hour. Actual pay offered will depend on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, location of the internship, and the internship area of focus.
