Earthworks Crew Member

About the role

We are a family-oriented company with over 20 years of experience in the local community. Our services include lawnmowing, landscaping, hardscaping, excavating, lawn applications, lawn installations, irrigation, and full snow management.

Responsibilities

- Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation - Assist with installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts - Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors (if experienced) - Read and follow site plans and instructions from crew leaders - Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized - Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or earthwork preferred - Ability to operate or willingness to learn light to heavy equipment - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions - Valid driver’s license preferred

Requirements

The ideal candidate has previous construction, landscaping, or earthwork experience, is able or willing to learn to operate light and heavy equipment, demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability, can work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and preferably possesses a valid driver's license.
