Earthwork Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Supervisors: Provide support to the project supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.
• Grade Stake Maintenance & Layout: Utilize GPS equipment or lasers to assist with the maintenance and layout of grade stakes for accurate project execution.
• Cookordination Tasks On-Site: Help coordinate and execute tasks on the job site, ensuring that operations are running smoothly and on schedule.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a focus on safety while performing all tasks and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site are required.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Safety-Oriented: Ability to follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure tasks are completed properly and efficiently.
• Work Ethic & Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of the team.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical exam.
