With over 500 caregivers across four locations, the agency specializes in in‑home personal care, Alzheimer’s & dementia care, palliative & hospice care, and geriatric care management. Clients are private‑pay, allowing a focus on personalized, family‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Provide personal care and companionship.
• Offer mobility assistance.
• Perform additional delegated tasks under RN supervision, as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination or an approved exemption.
• Current medical documentation and vaccinations, or willingness to obtain them.
• Completion of a drug screening or Habituation Form.
