Pay

• Assistant Managers earn between $75,000–$130,000 including monthly and annual bonuses.
• Base salary of $65,000–$70,000.
• Short-term monthly bonus as well as an annual long-term bonus, based on store sales and profits, providing the opportunity to earn another $10,000–$60,000 per year.
• On average, Assistant Managers earn up to $100,000/year, with top Assistant Managers earning up to $130,000.
• General Managers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000/year.

Growth and Advancement

• Opportunity to become an Assistant General Manager within 4–6 months.
• Opportunity for individuals capable of developing into a General Manager role within 1–3 years.
• Before becoming eligible for a General Manager role, you will first complete our 16-week training program, then master the Assistant General Manager role.

• 16-week Coach Training Program, known as Pluckers University, teaching you everything you need to know about our culture, expectations, and the Pluckers Way.
• Ongoing Leadership Development Programs for all Coaches.
• Clear expectations, feedback, and goals essential to growth — provided to our Coaches, who are expected to do the same with their team.

If you live outside any of the major metropolitan areas that Pluckers is currently located in and want to join our management team, you may be eligible to receive relocation assistance. Pluckers are currently located in Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio), Dallas-Fort Worth, and Houston.
