About the role

A day in the life of a Logistics Processor includes receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload freight, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
  • Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
  • Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
  • Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Requirements

  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of technology and new computer applications.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

  • Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
  • Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
  • Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head.
  • Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $18.85 - $19.65. Pay offers depend on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Commission structures vary for selling employees based on merchandise sold (e.g., 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories; 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance).
