As a Teacher at Primrose School of East Brunswick, you’ll have fun while helping young minds explore, discover, and understand the world around them. Responsibilities

• Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Provide a loving, nurturing, and safe environment for children
• Manage daily classroom routines, supervision, personal care, meals, nap, and bathroom needs
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Follow all health, safety, and childcare regulations
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events
• Have fun while keeping children safe, happy, and learning

Requirements

• Experience in an early childhood setting preferred
• Must meet all state requirements for the position
• Passionate about working with young children
• Warm, patient, dependable, and professional
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable handling and lifting children up to 35 lbs
• Committed to ongoing professional growth and learning

Pay

$16–$18/hour, based on education and years of experience

Schedule

Full‑time: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
