About the role

Pay

• Full-time pay starting at $15.00–$16.00/hour + tips
• Part-time pay starting at $12.50–$14.00/hour + tips

Schedule

• Early morning hours starting at 4 am or earlier
• Full- and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
• Ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience
• Perform opening procedures: baking products, merchandising bakery items, brewing iced coffees and teas, and prepping the store to open
• Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches, package donuts, and serve them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness by tidying the store, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment
• Collaborate harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere
