Early Morning Stock Associate

About the role

The Early Morning Stock Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This position requires understanding safety protocols, treating customers and colleagues with respect, and performing various tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Understands and practices safety measures.
• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Treats customers and associates respectfully and courteously.
• Assists customers with merchandise, answers questions, and greets them.
• Performs cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized store.
• Follows loss prevention policies and processes.
• Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions.
• Handles cash, checks, and refunds accurately.
• Expedites new merchandise to the sales floor.
• Participates in the Loss Prevention Awareness program.

Qualifications and Special Skills Required

• Effective communication skills.
• Basic mathematical calculations.

Physical Requirements/ADA

• Ability to use all Store equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the Store.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use janitorial equipment and supplies.
